Egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, fruit and coffee. Same as Sunday.
Lunch - 4 blocks
Grilled chicken salad, parmesan garlic bread and a medium kiwi
Dinner - 4 blocks
Grilled chicken sandwich with mayo at Roy Rogers
Snack - 1 block
4.5 Pita Chip crackers
1 oz of low fat cheese
So on the Zone how do you know how many calories you're eating? I don't count but I also don't do any structured diet...I logged my food on The Daily Plate and usually got around a 50-25-25 mix so it's close. Anyway, I see that this post is from a couple days ago-come on I want to see more pictures of your meals =)
